Welcome Race Fans!

Had a blast at The Dover Downs Speedway with our friends Chrissy, Sean, Deb and Dave. Jr didn't do so well but there's always next year and with my new Budweiser- Jr. tank I got I'll be ready. Jimmy Johnson won in a pretty much uneventful race. Me and James spent most of the time in the casino ewatching the Eagles who pulled a great win over Oakland and I lost $50 playing my fav Cleopatra slot machine.(usually) But it was definately worth waking up at 4AM with 2 1/2 hours sleep.

We had a great bus trip with a couple successful beer drives and a great Bus Captain - Chrissy! I can't wait to do it again next year. “Boogity, boogity, boogity!”

Woo Hoo It's Friday!!

I got some big exciting plans for this weekend.
Friday: Going to a Tastefully Simple party for some tastefully simple stuff and some margaritas, from what I hear. Liz you are missin' it!!
Saturday: James' football game against Marlton, it's gonna be a tough one but I know we can pull it out.

When it takes me til Tuesday....

I know I had a crazy weekend when it takes me til Tuesday to finally feel back to normal....
Went out to PJ's after James' football game Friday night kinda just so we did something on our Anniversary, but it was boring, too many young people out. You know you're getting old when you say that and when the bouncer checking IDs laughs when he checks your ID.
Saturday me and James saw Solomen Burke at the Kimmel Center. That was a great show. I didn't know what to expect and it was really great.
Didn't get home til 6AM and woke up before 9 because James had to coach a JV game. That morning was somewhat of a blur....
Donavan did great for my fantasy team and the Eagles had a great game! YEA!!
And today I finally got all the emails I had into the computer for our class reunion and I sent them off. But no one has yet to respond so who knows if anyone actually has the same email address they had 5 years ago. Very Unlikely.

today i'm in a much better mood...I made a really great breakfast with the help of my wonderful daughter Amber, thanks for cooking the bacon honey!!! We had bacon egg and cheese biscuits...and they were YUMMY!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to the weekend so I don't have to get up as early. Happy Anniversary James thanks for 8 great years!!! can you believe it's been that long?

Today Sucks

Today sucks, I cleaned out my coat closet, did laundry and cleaned the floors. I'm not sure who's taking clothing donations for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. I need to find out because I want to go through my other closets also. Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary and I have no idea what I want to do. I don't know why I always have to decide and then find child care on top of that. We can't go out until after James' football game anyway and by then it's 9:30......I think I want to go to AC but don't have any particular place in mind.

First Football Game of the Season

Sunday James had his first football game against GVAA at Eastern HS. They got to play on turf...which is cool. They won 26-0. After the game the kids enjoyed cupcakes...a nice treat after they all made weight on Saturday!!!! Their next game is Friday night at home.

Crazed Caffeine Buzzers

This is my fantasy football logo. I'm in an all women's league. I know our husbands or boyfriends are all glad because now we'll be too busy with our own teams to bitch at them about theirs and I'm sure that's why my brother started the league. But it is fun and the draft party gave us a good excuse for lots of food, wine, cosmos and whatever else that was we were drinking. So if you can't beat 'em (or change 'em)...join 'em!!!
